Creating a company (called an "organisation" in TenderCreator.ai) happens automatically during the signup process. Your organisation serves as your company's workspace where you and your team can collaborate on tenders, manage company profiles, and work together with different roles and permissions.

What is an Organisation?

An organisation is your company's workspace within TenderCreator.ai that:

• Houses all your data: Contains company profiles, tenders, and team information
• Enables collaboration: Allows team members to work together with different roles and permissions
• Provides structure: Organises all your tendering activities in one place
• Supports teamwork: Facilitates collaboration across your organisation

When Organisation Creation Happens

Organisation creation occurs only during the signup process and is a required step when:

• Creating your TenderCreator.ai account for the first time
• Completing account verification (email and phone)
• Setting up your workspace before accessing the platform

If you need to join an existing organisation instead of creating a new one, contact your company admin for them to invite you.

Organisation Setup Process

During Signup

After completing email and phone verification, you'll see the "Create Organisation" form with these fields:

Logo (Optional)

• Click "Upload" to add your company logo
• Recommended size: 1:1 ratio, up to 10MB
• Supported formats: JPG, PNG, SVG

Name (Required)

• Enter your official company name
• This will appear in all generated content and team communications
• Use your legal business name or preferred trading name

Slug (Auto-generated)

• Automatically created from your company name
• Used for organisation identification (e.g., "your-company-name")
• Can be edited if needed

Completing Setup

1. Upload your company logo (optional but recommended)
2. Enter your company name in the Name field
3. Review the auto-generated slug and modify if necessary
4. Click "Create organisation" to complete the process

Once your organisation is created, you can:
