Before You Start

  • Active TenderCreator.ai account with available tender credits
  • Complete company profile with uploaded documents
  • RFT document in supported format (PDF, DOC, or DOCX)

Step-by-Step Upload Process

Step 1: Access Tender Creation

  1. Log into your TenderCreator.ai dashboard
  2. Navigate to "Tenders" section from main menu
  3. Click "Create new tender" button
  4. You'll be directed to the New Tender creation page

Step 2: Upload Your RFT Document

Customising the Tender Name

  1. Click in the "Tender Name" field
  2. Edit the text to your preference
  3. Keep it descriptive and professional
  4. Include key identifiers like client name or project type
