Downgrade scenarios include:
- Team size reduction: Fewer people need platform access
- Focus shift: Change in business priorities or market focus
- Temporary reduction: Short-term decrease in tendering activity
- Alternative solutions: Found other approaches for some tasks
How to Downgrade
Step 1: Access Billing Settings
- Log into your TenderCreator.ai account
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select "Manage account" from the dropdown
- Navigate to billing section
Step 2: Review Current Plan
- Check current usage: Review how much you've used this billing period
- Assess needs: Determine what plan level you actually need
- Compare plans: Review features you'll retain vs. lose with downgrade
Step 3: Select New Plan
- Choose lower tier that meets your reduced needs
- Review plan differences and feature changes
- Confirm timing of when changes take effect
- Proceed with downgrade or cancellation
Step 4: Confirm Changes
- Review downgrade summary and effective date
- Confirm the change to process downgrade
- Receive confirmation email of plan change
